Returns Policy

You can buy with confidence from Floorball Nation.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us and have a no fuss returns policy. If you are not happy with an item you have received then simply contact us to organise returning it. We will swap or provide a refund depending on circumstances.

A few things to note;

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it.
• You will need to pay for the items to be shipped back to us (sticks will require a courier due to their length but we can help select a cost effective service).
• The item(s) must be returned unused and with original packaging - if they have been used then we cannot accept a return unless there is a fault with the product.
• We may deduct the original shipping costs from any refund depending on the reason for your returning the item.
